Cereal Box

My first use of illustrator was a project where I had to create my own brand of cereal, focusing on the design of the box.

I did a lot of research in to cereal boxes to spot conventions, and a lot of them featured characters as they are aimed at children so I decided to incorporate that in to my design by inventing the character 'nutty'.

The cereal I decided to use is nut based, so a cartoon squirrel made sense and allowed me to create a cute character.
